bike parking at school is $3.50 for a space 1/2 of car size. car parking is $4.50. What gives? why charge more per sq.ft for the bikes?!!?!?! its a freakin rip-off! it should be 2.25 to park a bike. plus, if you tried to share a car space, they would ticket the bikes that dont have the printed parking ticket on them!! what would be a good way to protest this and try to get the prices changed??

If you come in as a victim you will probably leave that way. You might want to take a different tack.
Make the case that the school (or whoever is charging for the parking) should make an environment-friendly statement. They should encourage fuel effecient vehicles by providing FREE parking to motorcycles.

Well our parking is in the basement, first floor, right next to the elevators, 12 spots, nice and covered by a camera. Only trouble is it costs $35/month to park there, cars are $65, what a rip-off, they don't charge the petal bikes anything! what a rip off. But the best one I saw was the employees went together and bought one of those plastic garages and drilled it into the pavement and had a shlelter for there rides in the front of the parking lot. 6 of them go together every year on a new shelter!
