JULY 17-19 – BBC - BRITISH BIKER COOPERATIVE ANNUAL RALLY AND MOTORCYCLE SHOW, EAGLE CAVE, BLUE RIVER, WI I'm planning on riding my 75 XS down to this. Never been there before. Looks like it could be interesting! Check out the web site for details. Then you'll know as much about it as me! www.britishbiker.net/Brian....

I was there a couple years back on my Birtbike. The sign up fee is pricey... which I'm told is to help cover the beer.. great... if you drink beer. A one day ride in isn't cheap either. Make sure you camp upwind... because the funny cigarettes are burning ... great.. If you like funny cigarettes. Dealer rides... some vendor's... nicely restored bikes... serious rat bikes... great roads... the WildCat ride is based about 30 miles north. When I attended there were several 100 people and they handed out some nice awards for various catagories... Mike, MN

Thanks for the info Mike. I'm not planning on camping/registering. Just going to head down there Saturday Morning and see if I can look at some bikes, (Take some pictures). Hopefully I can get in for free??? (On foot if nothing else.) If they ask for much money I'll just ride the great Wisconsin Alpabet roads back home and call it a good day ;D

Got there Saturday and sure enough... They had a road block set up at the entrance to the park. $50 registration fee, W.T.F. !! Of course I had 3 or 4 people gawking at my Yammy before I could get my helmet off... ;D Had a great ride anyway. and did get to see a few old britt bikes on the road and at the local watering hole. Good excuse to go for a ride. (Thats about it) $50... LOL... Hell... Bet I could by a whole bike for that if I shop around a bit ....

The entrance fee is out of line. Fine if you'r there for the entire event.. camp'n.. drink'n... But.. for the day visitor it's steep.. they could issue wrist bands for the camp'n drink'n bunch.. and then a different band for the day guy. Maybe I'll set up a booth at the entrance to WildCat...
