So the Black wire from the Alternator I have hooked up to the ground of the Reg/Rec actually hooks to the Brown wire in the connection and the Blue wire can be capped off. Then I'll need to replace the screws again. Awesome. I'll give this a go today and report back. Thank you for your help. It has made this process fairly easy.

I rewired it and all the lights work as they shoud but still no spark. I did not wire in a kill switch for the ignition. Is that something I need? Does the red wire supply power to the coil? I'm a total newb at this and am far from an expert. Can I just wire the red wire from the coil into the brown wire without a switch?

You can run without a kill switch. Yes you can hook to the brown wire to power your ignition.

Thank you for your help. Everything worked out great. Little bit of time and trial and error and it fires and runs strong after making the proper adjustments. I'm so stoked. Xsleo and Pamco really helped out tons. That electronic ignition is awesome!!! World of difference compared to the stock setup.

So I spoke too soon. Still not charging. Just running off battery power. Think I may have a bad connection somewhere with the brown wire.
