Hi has anyone replaced their glass style fuses with spade type miniature fuses? I have looked at several different fuse blocks but most won't fit under the seat and many are set up with one 12V lead in and many circuits out. This works for the main power from the battery but not for the other 3 circuits. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks.

A common solution is to install individual inline ATC fuse holders. There are also 3 circuit ATC fuse blocks available that are very compact. Look at www.cycleterminal.com for some options from Metri-Pack. You'll need an F-type (metric open barrel) crimp tool for installation.

I used an inline fuse holder for the main fuse. It feeds the key switch. The key switch feeds power to 6 fuse block. The main fuse sets on top of battery, the fuse block is mounted on the side of the battery box. They make fuse blocks that hold 4 fuses. Each fuse has it's own connections. It can be wired in the same a the stock fuse box. Leo
