Looks like a very early Honda C70 Dream; perhaps even as early as a 1959 or 1960, as these models had a saddle-type seat (as in the photo) with a clip-on pillion pad, instead of the longer dual seating that became common with the CA-series Dreams. The Benlys had a goofy-looking alloy tank, which had huge elephant ear-like knee pads that were flush with the entire back curve of the tank. The frame could be from either the Dream or the Benly, as many parts (as now) exchanged between models.
