Hey guys, Here's what I'm thinking of doing with my tank. I'm rebuilding the bike, it will be almost entirely black, both gloss and flat black, except for the silver I plan to put on the tank and rear fender. I'd already posted my Godfather-inspired Yamaha logo, but took it a step further, and with a little Photoshoppery, I sorta have an idea of what I'm looking for: So the base coat would be a flat black, and the silver metal flake on top of it. The silver would follow the contours of the tank lines along the front and bottom, and instead of being just a panel on the sides of the tank, I want the silver to extend over onto the top of the tank, and leave a gap in the middle running down the 'spine' of the tank, which would remain flat black as well. I don't have a picture of the top yet. Maybe later. what do you think?

RAT,THAT'S IT! Stop thinking and start painting! You've made a design I can't refuse. BTW, I have an Italian (Latin) theme for my cycle name. Cheers, 50gary
