Well, it's finally time for me to put some turn signals on the project 650. As I browsed MikesXS' selection the signals for the 70-72 models appealed to my sense of style much more then those intended for my 1973 TX650. Does anyone have any input as to whether or not these will fit my bike, or can be made to fit?

Can't answer about whether they'll fit your '73, but.....I bought a pair for my '72. Several things you should know before you order. Firstly, the quality is FAR below the originals, no reflectors inside them and very light weight. The bulb socket is mounted in foam rubber in the originals to dampen vibration and prolong bulb life...no foam in Mike's replacement. Second, the threaded stud the wire passes thru is not long enough to reach through the rubber grommets and put a nut on...much too short. You'll have to scare up some longer hollow, threaded studs. Lastly, the power wire is much too short, you will have to splice in more wire for it to reach the spot where you plug it in. Aside from those three considerations, they look very nice on the bike.
