That was the last missing piece to this puzzle. It just took me a while to find it, lol. With a few tweaks, this HF tire machine works great and makes changing your own tires a breeze. Total investment on my part, about $60, $75 if you count the RuGLYDE.

I've mounted 3 tires in the last few weeks and it seems to be getting easier. Practice, I guess. I made one more minor mod to the mount end. I rounded the sides of the square tube more with my grinder so mine now more closely resembles the store bought one. The sides on mine were rather square edged and the leading edge was biting into the tire bead during install. You can see it in the mounting pic a few posts back. Works better and mounts easier with that little mod now.
