Your bike is coming along very nicely. That's quite the goal you have set but it is attainable. An XS in a Champion frame with an aluminum XR750 tank. The tank alone is about 750 smackers. Good luck and keep us posted as the build progresses. Lastly, what shocks, length and springs are you running on the rear?

art what kind of tank is on the bike you want your bike to look like., dont think ive ever seen this tank before.

Slide and jeepurze, The tank and frame is out of the budget but looks very cool. The bike in the pic is a Robinson Street Tracker. I don't know if Robinson makes the tank or if it's true XR750 tank. I'm going to use a modified Special tank with sport bike flush gas cap like redneckyoda in the photo section. I'm also using a modified standard frame with all the unnessesary bracket's removed and a FZR swingarm. I don't know what length of shock's I need until I get the swingarm fit. I was hoping on using 13.5 Redwing's that omar's sell's but I'll have to wait and see. Happy Canadian Thankgiving, Art in Peterborough
