Well it's still kinda crude but it's in. Here's a pic of the rectifier mounted where the old unit was and the regulator mounted where the old TCI box was. I couldn't mount it there before because the TCI was still working. I'm running a PAMCO now (works GREAT!) and that freed up the room for the Chrystler reg went there. I ran a ground wire from the front battery mount to the battery ground. I checked continuity from the mount plate to battery ground and it checked good. I know the battery is low and its not taking a charge. New regulator (second one) . Rectifier is wired up right and it too checks good. I am suspicious of the rotor. As soon as the new battery AGM from Mikes. I'm gong to replace the rotor with the spare I have and recheck the system. Anything else I can check in the meantime. The voltage justs keeps climbing. At 3k rpm its 15- 16V and climbing.

azman857,
One of two things.
1. The battery box where the TCI box was is not grounded. The regulator has to have its case grounded. Run a separate ground from the actual frame to the regulator case. 2. You may have wired the two connections to the regulator back wards and fried the regulator. It's on warranty. Take it back and get a new one.

Hooking the brown and green up backwards is easy to do. I replaced the reg once because of that.
