This winter I'm planning to coat the frame with por-15 and then repaint everything. I can't decide between flat black and olive drab.
What do you guys think?

I think the olive drab would be neat... depending on what everything else on the bike looks like.
I do very much like bikes with that use non-glossy paint, no chrome, and looks like it sees military/very rugged use.

Yeah thats the look I'm thinking about. All flat black or all olive drab with no chrome at all.

All flat black or all olive drab with no chrome at all. Wrapping the pipes with ceramic wrap would look awesome with that color scheme, you can get some different color wrap: The wrap also has neat performance implications too Anybody have pics of a bike with wrapped pipes? I couldn't find any.

I heard the exhaust wrap traps moisture so I'm probably going to go with some high heat paint for the exhaust

renloy Stealth? Can you inject some anti radar paint / colors to thwart the blue lights? What about the outfit you're going to wear? Gotta be color coordinated!

Just so happens my bike was Olive drab, military green what ever you call it when I purchased it some years back. Here is a picture of it. I hope it shows up. I have now powder coated it with what is called a sand finish black and it looks real cool. The finish kind of resembles an old cast pot belly stove. No pics yet.
